Exclusive to Compatico members, we offer two types of memberships:

Platinum - Match Me
Our tailored ‘Priority-You’ bespoke service is dedicated to finding your true match. Membership includes a personally assigned matchmaker, face-to-face consultation(s), a professional photoshoot to capture you, an authentically crafted profile, and wraparound support throughout your relationship journey. Platinum – Match Me clients will also receive priority access to Curated by Compatico Services, Events & Experiences. 

Gold - Matchable
As a ‘Matchable’ member, you’ll be included in our private and secure singles community (accessible only to our matchmaking team), giving you opportunities to be selected for a match. Membership includes a face-to-face online consultation and an authentically crafted profile – together with access to our exclusive Curated by Compatico Services, Events & Experiences.

At Compatico, we’ve personalised the art of matchmaking. All of our members, regardless of the membership chosen, receive a face-to-face online consultation and an authentically crafted dating profile created by skilled professionals using our proprietary Compaticoder and research-based Q&As.

This allows us to get to know you, your relationship history, and your hopes for the future. Taking the time (confidentially) to get to know you enables us to fine-tune the match. We also have a suite of additional services available to get you ‘match-fit’ and help build your confidence so you can enjoy your dating journey

Compatico has been designed to address a need in New Zealand for a bespoke matchmaking service that was previously unavailable to mature singles. We aim to provide an authentic, respectful dating service for those aged 40+ who are less comfortable being matched by an algorithm and feel excluded from mainstream online dating apps and who value discretion.

We offer two membership options to suit different requirements and budgets:

Platinum - Match Me

Platinum – Match Me clients will also receive priority access to Curated by Compatico Services, Events & Experiences.

Annual membership is $5,995 (including GST).

Gold - Matchable
As a ‘Matchable’ member, you’ll be included in our private and secure singles community (accessible only to our matchmaking team), giving you opportunities to be selected for a match. Membership includes a face-to-face online consultation and an authentically crafted profile – together with access to our exclusive Curated by Compatico Services, Events & Experiences.

Annual membership is $695 (including GST).

Curated by Compatico

Compatico’s Services, Events & Experiences are optional add-ons to our memberships, and prices are based on the individual service required. All additional charges are transparent before the process begins.

This will vary and is different for every member.

Platinum - Match Me clients will have immediate acknowledgement and regular contact and can expect to receive profiles to review within 10 days. Your matchmaker will work with you to select one potential relationship at a time.

Gold - Matchable members will be acknowledged immediately. Once your personalised dating profile has been completed, you may have the oppourtunity to be selected for a match with one of our members at any time, plus you’ll have the opportunitiy to meet other Compatico members at any of our curated singles events. We are unable to give an exact timeframe or a guarantee of potential matches.

Platinum - Match Me clients will be presented a selection of profiles to view by one of our matchmakers. Our focus is on selecting the most compatible matches, rather than on quantity

Gold - Matchable clients will have the opportunity to meet potential matches at our Curated by Compatico Events & Experiences. Our matchmakers may approach you with the option for a match within our community at any time. We cannot give an exact timeframe or a guarantee of potential matches.

If you need to extend your 12-month membership for any reason, please apply to us and we will happily consider it on a member-by-member basis.

If a compatible match is made, we’ll personally introduce the profiles to each client. This provides an opportunity to answer any questions about these people. If you’re interested in taking the next step, we’ll connect you with your match (both steps will only happen with the approval of both parties).

One of our matchmakers will be in touch with you both to see how the date went from each of your perspectives. Our matchmakers will help you navigate the next steps and then leave you to let things blossom at your own pace. For Platinum - Match Me clients, we’re available for advice and help with navigating any early speed wobbles.

Yes. No matter where you’re at on your relationship journey, we expect all of our members to be honest, transparent and genuinely available (i.e. single, separated, divorced or widowed). Every member will also need to pass a security check with the Ministry of Justice and this form will be sent to you.

Although Compatico is based in Auckland, you don’t need to live in Auckland to join. If you live further afield, you may need to travel to meet your match or matchmaker (for Platinum - Match Me clients). As demand grows, we aim to expand Compatico services outside of Auckland.

1. Protecting your data is our highest priority. Your details and personal profile can only be accessed by the Compatico team who are working to find you a match. Their access is restricted to specific devices, and requires multiple layers of verification prior to login.

2. Only information approved by you will be shared with other Compatico members.

3. In terms of cyber security, our website uses specialist database security from the most up-to-date software and CMS. Your data is encrypted and guarded by Cloudflare – a Web Application Firewall.

4. Our team operates with strict confidentiality in place. Discretion is a given for all our members and it is not our policy to share surnames, company names or the name of an employer.

Our service is built on a culture of mutual respect and a reciprocal etiquette of privacy, honesty and empathy that we ask all of our members to embrace. The Compatico Culture has been designed to ensure that your matchmaking experience is positive, empowering and builds your confidence and enthusiasm for dating again. An important part of our Platinum - Match Me membership is our ongoing dating and relationship advice from our team of specialist matchmakers to assist you in making a successful match. Our matchmakers are available to meet in person during business hours (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday). For all of our members, our online consultations are flexible, with some of our matchmakers available during evenings and weekends as well as normal business hours.

Payment is accepted via credit card after membership type is selected and your online application form has been completed.

If you have a Gold - Matchable membership, you can upgrade to Platinum - Match Me at any time. When you upgrade, we will credit you the remaining months of your Gold - Matchable membership; this amount will be deducted from your Platinum - Match Me membership total. Your new one-year Platinum – Match Me membership will then commence.
